Please be aware of your continued requirement to report any pupil Covid symptoms once school closes for May half term.
- If your child develops symptoms of coronavirus at any point during the holiday period you must book a test. https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test
- If your child develops symptoms up to and including 23:59 Sunday 30th May 2021 which results in a positive test you must inform the school at info@cfat.org.uk
- Please include the name of your child, their class and the date that their symptoms started, as well as your own contact details.
- If your child develops coronavirus symptoms from Monday 31st onwards, they must be tested and, if positive, follow the advice of Test and Trace.
School staff will administer Lateral Flow Device (LFD) tests on Sunday 6th June before returning to school on Monday 7th June in support of keeping our school and its community safe.
If you and/or your child develops symptoms or is isolating when school returns, please contact 01942 487999 on Monday 7th June 2021 to report the absence form school.
