Please note that our school meals catering provider 'Dolce' are continuing to provide our families with ‘food boxes’ and ‘grab bags’.
We will therefore not be operating the food voucher scheme as advertised by some schools and the government.
Arrangements during the ordinary Easter Holiday period
We do not normally supply school meals during holiday periods, and there is no expectation from Government that we do so over this ordinary Easter holiday. However, these are very challenging and uncertain times for many families, so as a trust we have chosen to continue meal service to operate as supportive as possible for our families.
During the schools scheduled Easter Holiday period (except Good Friday and Easter Monday) all families entitled to Free School Meals through the means tested benefit scheme will continue to collect either a packed lunch or weekly food box from the school kitchen.
We will also be continuing to provide ‘food boxes’ and ‘grab bags’ to our universal free school meal scheme children and families throughout the ordinary Easter holidays continuing until further notice.
Collection procedure
The collection procedure remains unchanged from this and last week.
Please remember to collect daily 'grab bags' between 11.15am and 12.00 noon.
